My Glow 2 will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 30days of purchase; no refund will be made for products that have been opened, used or are returned damaged.

All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. 


If the product purchased is defective or you feel is not as advertised, please email us at hello@myglow2.com.au prior to returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
